Account Questions:
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one
account per household, however each person registering an account must have a
separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.
How can I log into my account?
Log in with your username and password at http://www.rainofmails.com
How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter
your username and password, then click cancel.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows rainofmails.com to send you e-mail messages
and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving e-mail ads from rainofmails.com without
terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings.
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom
of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account."
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info" link in your member's area.
You will be able to edit any of your information except your username/member ID.
I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all honest international members, as long as they are capable of comprehending, reading and writing English.
Can I sell my member account?
Yes, you may sell your account, but it must be approved to be sold by rainofmails.com first. Please contact us
through the Support Form
requesting to have your account sold, plus be sure to include your explanation. Also, only rainofmails.com can be the
authorized seller for any member account and a 50% fee will be imposed on total amount received from sale of account.
No matter what, anyone wanting to sell their account must first get permission from rainofmails.com. Failure to meet any of these
requirements will result in your account being deleted, forcing your auction for your account to become meaningless, as the account you
claimed to be selling would no longer be there. Our suggestion is to just confirm with us, instead of trying to sell the account on your own,
and all will be well!
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their
program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV
users full earning privileges.
Earnings Questions:
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These
amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however
we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout, and have accumulated
the minimum required amount in personal earnings based on your membership level. Details about this can be found in the terms of services, as
well as in your redemption area. Payments can only be requested once every 30-day period.
How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option
appear in your account area. Please make sure you follow all rules associated with requesting a payment, or it may
result in deduction of earnings, or termination of your account, and forfeiture of pending earnings and earnings to date.
After submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also
have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. You will see what options
are available to you in your account area, however you will not be able to redeem for them until you have earned that specified
amount of money to redeem for it.
When am I paid?
Assuming that you have adhered strictly to payment request rules, and have successfully passed the English test administered
to anyone who requests payment, your account will be verified/validated and if deemed to be in good-standing.
Payments will be made within 45 days or a reasonable time after.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via:
Paypal Payout NO FEES!
Egold fees vary not to exceed 10%
USA Money orders $5 min request with a $2.00 fee
International Money orders $10 min request with a $5.00 fee
Payments will be made within 45 days or a reasonable time after.
Other payment options may be added at a later time, however these means are what you
can expect to receive payments through.
All payments are also currently made in USD/$ currency only.
Referral Questions:
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to rainofmails.com on your website.
You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers
or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral
links" page contained within your member's area, after you login to your account.
What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn Cash comissions 5% of their direct referral earnings, 3% of
their indirect referral earnings, 2% of their 3rd level referral earnings,
1% of their 4th level referral earnings, 1% of their 5th level referral earnings.
For Point ads 3,2,1,1
Members will earn Point comissions 3% of their direct referral earnings, 2% of
their indirect referral earnings, 1% of their 3rd level referral earnings,
1% of their 4th level referral earnings.
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral
earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline.
Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring
member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have
each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown
until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent. Keep in mind too, that referral
earnings are only updated once per 24-hour period, so as to not overload the crons and server.
All members also must be at least 50% as active as their downline is in order to receive
referral earnings and must login/click a paid link at least once within a 7-day period.
In other words, for every 20 emails that your downline reads (and clicks on), you have to read (and click on) 12 of those 20 paid links
in order to receive referral earnings. In order to remain a member, all members must click at least one link and login at least once within 15 days.
